Excellent Written & Verbal English Communication Skills along with Documentation Skills.
Strong Interpersonal skills and Ability to confidently deal with various Stakeholders including Senior
Management.
Process Documentation and Flow: Ability to document processes and understand process flows. Tools
knowledge like Lucid chart, Microsoft Visio, Draw. IO is preferable.
Lending Auto Loan: Candidates should possess prior experience in handling auto loans finances in
North America.
Lending System Understanding: A strong grasp of the servicing platform (lending & collections
systems) is essential.
Finance/ Accounting System Understanding: Well versed with Chart of Accounts (GLs) and Account
Type used for Local Accounting, US GAAP accounting, and shadow accounting in US.
In-Depth Knowledge of Tax Laws & Regulations: Familiarity with state and federal tax regulations in
the US.
Delinquency Management, Final Settlement, Sourcing & Collections: Proficiency in managing
delinquencies, settling final accounts, bankruptcy, recovery, remarketing, and handling sourcing and
collections.
He/she should be flexible, and need to work couple of hours with the India time office hours
