Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
The ideal candidate will have 7â€“10 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsâ€”preferably in global delivery models aligned with US clients and EST time zones.
The role involves leading requirements discovery, process optimization, solution evaluation, and stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable and impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis

Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
Translate conceptual ideas into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize solutions.
Conduct gap analyses and feasibility assessments.

2. Documentation, Reporting, and Presentation

Maintain comprehensive documentation (BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases).
Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ensure traceability of all requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Onsite & Virtual Workshops

Conduct onsite and virtual workshops with clients (India/US).
Facilitate collaborative requirement sessions using JAD or design thinking techniques.

4. Stakeholder & Client Management

Build strong relationships with global stakeholders, product owners, and delivery managers.
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
Manage expectations, feedback loops, and change management.

5. Solution Design & Evaluation

Collaborate with architects, designers, and developers to define and validate solutions.
Evaluate business impact, cost-benefit, and feasibility of proposed changes.
Provide functional specifications and support design, testing, and deployment.

6. Business Process Improvement

Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
Document current and future state process maps.
Support automation and operational excellence initiatives.

7. Risk Assessment & Mitigation

Identify and document project risks, dependencies, and assumptions.
Develop and monitor risk mitigation plans.
Proactively manage scope changes and recommend corrective actions.

8. Project Governance & Delivery Support

Support project planning, execution, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
Participate in UAT planning and validation.

Required Qualifications

Bachelorâ€™s or Masterâ€™s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
7â€“10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in global delivery or product-based environments.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Lucidchart, and Visio.
Experience conducting onsite workshops and working with international clients.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

US visa or eligibility to travel to the USA.
