Senior Building Enclosure Consultant

A leading multidisciplinary engineering and consulting firm is seeking a technically focused and experienced Building Enclosure Project Manager to join its Atlanta office. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who excels in building science and enclosure systems, and who can also lead projects with confidence and precision.

Role Overview: This is a technical consulting role with integrated project management responsibilities . The successful candidate will deliver expert guidance on enclosure systems while managing project execution, client relationships, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design and consulting for building enclosure systems including façades, roofing, waterproofing, and air/vapor barriers.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and team coordination across multiple projects.
• Serve as the primary technical and managerial point of contact for clients, architects, and contractors.
• Conduct forensic investigations, performance assessments, and peer reviews.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to technical development within the Building Enclosure team.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in building enclosure design, consulting, or related technical work.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of building science, materials, and construction detailing.
