Senior Benefits Analyst

We are partnering with a global investment firm to find a Senior Analyst, Benefits. You will work with a great team and play a key role in administering and enhancing benefits programs across the US, UK, and Asia.

• $105,000-$115,000 + discretionary bonus, comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the administration of health, welfare, retirement, and pension plans.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for employees, HRBPs, and vendors
• Managing benefits records in the HRIS
• Assisting with compliance filings, audits, open enrollment, and leave of absence administration.
• Supporting the success of special projects including wellness initiatives and new policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of health and welfare benefits experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal laws and compliance regulations; CA state law a plus
• Experience with benefits systems, HRIS, and strong Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-service focused.
• Professional services experience preferred.
