KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Business Tax Services practice.

• Coordinate and develop cost segregation reports
• Analyze construction cost data and design drawings
• Coordinate and collect information from building owners, architects, engineers and contractors
• Participate in area marketing and assist with marketing to potential clients

• A minimum of three years of experience in performing cost segregation or valuation studies with a BA/BS degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering from an accredited college/university
• Familiarity with construction design and construction processes
• Strong knowledge of building systems
• Knowledge of the federal income tax depreciation aspects, project budgeting and accounting and desire to gain fixed asset reporting systems knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively with client personnel and other KPMG professionals
• Willingness to travel
