Senior Assistant Store Manager

Overview

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations to ensure sales and profitability.
• Develop staff and manage merchandising and inventory control in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
• Control expenses and shrinkage while ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
• The position will work up to 38 hours per week.
• Minimum age requirement is 18.
• Physical demands include in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
