Job Details
What You'll Do:
Build and optimize LLM pipelines (prompting, embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning).
Develop autonomous, tool-using AI agents.
Own AI systems end-to-end - from design to deployment and optimization.
Work with emerging frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, etc.).
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed AI into core workflows.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years in AI/ML (2+ focused on LLMs or NLP).
Strong background in transformers, RAG, and agentic systems.
Python + frameworks like Hugging Face, PyTorch, LangChain, OpenAI.
Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
Proven record of shipping LLM solutions at enterprise scale.
