As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a financial institution location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. You will be expected to communicate clearly and professionally, responding to situations with agility and reliability. Pay Rate: $23.46 / Hour
Job Schedule:
Day Time Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
What You'll Do:
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents within the financial institution environment.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while representing Allied Universal.
- Follow all site-specific protocols and instructions provided by management and/or supervisors.
- Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:
- Possess a valid Armed Guard Card or License.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
