As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and patients. Your responsibilities include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and providing a welcoming presence while helping to deter security-related incidents through attentive customer service and communication. This position requires a valid driver's license in the state of employment, as you may be required to drive as part of your duties. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the front desk.
• Assist visitors and employees with directions, information, and general inquiries while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, coordinating with Allied Universal and site management.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior through a visible and attentive presence at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
