As a Security Professional - Hotel Patrol Driver in Scottsdale, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a leading hotel and resort location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visibly present to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to guests and staff. This is a driving position, so a valid driver's license is required. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while communicating clearly and working as part of a dedicated team. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, activating emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel or resort property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points within the location to help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities in detailed reports for management and/or law enforcement as needed.
• Communicate and interact professionally with guests, staff, and visitors to address questions and provide assistance related to security-related matters.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure environment throughout the property.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
