As a Security Professional - Aero Front Desk Patrol in Mesa, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors at the front desk, providing a professional and courteous experience.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Communicate security-related concerns and/or unusual activities to Allied Universal management and site contacts as appropriate.
• Support security-related procedures, including emergency response activities, as directed by site-specific guidelines.
• Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior.
• Provide customer service by answering inquiries and directing individuals to appropriate personnel or locations within the facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
