As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated utility locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, interacting with employees and visitors, and providing exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the area using a company vehicle. DayTime Thur 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

Fri 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for irregularities.
• Monitor and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering restricted areas within the utilities location.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
• Support emergency response efforts by following established procedures and coordinating with local authorities when necessary.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to provide assistance and information as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by the Transportation Security Administration is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
