As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, and you will provide outstanding customer service and communication to everyone on site. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for driving while on duty. 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What Youll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns according to site protocols.
• Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with access and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
• Document and communicate observations and incidents to Allied Universal management and site contacts as required.
• Support access control procedures and verify credentials as appropriate for the location.
• Participate in site-specific training and follow all company and client policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
