As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a welcoming atmosphere at a prestigious retail location. Your responsibilities include conducting regular patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and providing outstanding customer service to guests and staff. Mon 10:00 AM - 08:00 PM

Tue 10:00 AM - 08:00 PM

Wed 10:00 AM - 08:00 PM

Thur 10:00 AM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to maintain authorized entry to designated areas.
• Support loss prevention efforts by being present and attentive in key areas of the retail environment.
• Provide information and assistance to visitors, employees, and vendors as needed, maintaining a helpful and approachable presence.
• Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific policies, procedures, and post orders while on duty.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
