As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic food and beverage location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver exceptional customer service while communicating clearly with staff and visitors. What Youll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the food and beverage facility to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
• Document and report any incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and/or local authorities as needed to address security-related matters and support the overall operation of the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
