What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or guests by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk within a technology-oriented location.
• Monitor access and verify identification of individuals entering the premises, helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, deliveries, and incident reports as required by the site.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or emergency personnel to address inquiries, provide information, and relay site-specific protocols.
• Support Allied Universal and client expectations by upholding site protocols and addressing security-related concerns as they arise.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
