As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a renowned hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for guests and staff. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeSat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within the hotel and resort environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and client expectations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including guest areas, meeting spaces, and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or disturbances.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Assist guests and staff with directions, information, and security-related concerns as needed.
• Participate in emergency response activities, including following evacuation procedures and assisting with crowd control as directed.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
