As a patrol unarmed officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in creating a secure environment within a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that may arise. You will interact with tenants, visitors, and staff, providing exceptional customer service while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and communication. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for operating a company vehicle as you monitor the premises. DayTime Sat 08:00 PM - 04:30 AM

Sun 08:00 PM - 04:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and provide a visible presence.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Work collaboratively with property management and/or tenants to address concerns and support a positive environment within the commercial real estate location.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
