As a Security Officer - Cleared - Unarmed in Sierra Vista, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment at a prominent aerospace and defense location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime: Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Sat 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Sun 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, which may include areas related to aerospace and defense operations.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, potential hazards, or security-related concerns during patrols.
• Assist in controlling access to restricted areas by verifying credentials and monitoring entry points as required by site protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
