As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors. Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Mon 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM

Fri 06:00 AM - 05:30 PM

Sat 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
• Maintain detailed records of observations, incidents, and activities as required by site protocols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders when necessary.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to security-related emergencies specific to financial institution environments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active Armed Guard Card or License.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
