Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and conducting regular patrols to help to deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $17.85 / Hour

DayTime Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Assist with access control procedures at the healthcare location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry and exit.
• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Monitor entry points and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter, adapting to the unique needs of the healthcare environment.
• Document security-related activities, incidents, and observations in logs or reports as required by Allied Universal and site management.
• Support the enforcement of site policies and procedures related to access control and visitor management.

What We're Looking For:

• Availability across various days and shifts
• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
• A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
