As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Sun 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards encountered during patrols.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site leadership regarding incidents or concerns.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or General Education Diploma.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
