As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your role will involve conducting routine patrols, offering exceptional customer service, and communicating with staff and visitors to support a secure environment. Pay Rate: $16.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Sat 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter potential issues and observe for unusual activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas within the financial institution to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Document and report observations, incidents, and/or any unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for employees, visitors, and clients.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
