As a Security Guard in Caledonia, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of tech, media, and telecom industries.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols across assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help deter potential security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will also deliver exceptional customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with employees, visitors, and clients. This position requires driving as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns according to established protocols.
• Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and/or contractors to provide assistance or information as needed.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to maintain a secure environment within a technology, media, or telecom location.
• Remain alert and aware of surroundings while performing patrols to help deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
