Qualifications:

• Must have a Class A License (CDL A) & be 21 years or older
• Minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience
• Drivers can earn trip pay between 57 - 64 CPM depending on your route and experience
• Flex Fleet drivers must reside within 250 miles of a U.S. Xpress terminal
• Bonus payouts are subject to qualifications. Contact a recruiter for details
• No more than 1 CMV preventable accident in the last 2 years, and no major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if it occurred while holding a CDL)
• Must pass a DOT physical and drug test with no drug-related convictions in the past 5 years or 10 years if holding a CDL
• No positive or refused drug tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP
• SAP drivers are not eligible for hire
