As a patrol unarmed officer with Allied Universal at a prominent healthcare location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a strong presence throughout the facility. Your responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas, interacting professionally with staff, patients, and visitors, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license in the job state is required. Day Time Mon 04:00 PM - 09:00 PM

Tue 04:00 PM - 09:00 PM

Wed 04:00 PM - 09:00 PM

Thur 04:00 PM - 09:00 PM

Fri 04:00 PM - 09:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any irregularities.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
• Communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as needed, providing information and assistance related to security-related matters.
• Complete detailed reports and documentation of incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.
• Remain alert and observant while on duty, adapting to varying working environments and conditions within the healthcare location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
