As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal serving a prominent government location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents through regular patrols and maintaining a strong, visible presence throughout the property. Your responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas, responding to incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service to everyone you encounter. This unarmed post requires you to drive as part of your patrol duties, so a valid drivers license in the job state is required. Pay Rate: $18.02 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sun 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the assigned location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related risks, or incidents to Allied Universal management and/or onsite representatives as required.
• Assist visitors and employees by providing information and directions as needed, while upholding site policies and protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment at the government location.
• Complete required logs, reports, and other documentation in a timely and accurate manner as directed by Allied Universal or site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license in the state where the job is located is required for driving positions.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
