As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence throughout the property. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for conducting patrols using a company vehicle. You will interact with tenants and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding our values of agility, reliability, and integrity. Pay Rate: $19.35 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or property damage to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to employees, visitors, and tenants.
• Complete required reports and logs accurately and in a timely manner as directed by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
