This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic. 

Job Details: 

• $1.25 - $1.33 per mile 
• Daily rate: $50
• Live stop pay: $5.50 - $22 per stop 
• Detention: $22 per hour. After 2 hours and paid $5.50 per 15 minute increment.
• Trainee pay: $200 per day 
• Safety training pay: $20 per hour 
• Holiday pay: $327 per day 
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $80,900
• Daily home time 
• Onsite management 
• Paid online orientation
