As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment and provide exceptional customer service. This is primarily a driving post, so you will conduct routine patrols throughout the property, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and respond promptly to any issues that arise. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, documenting all necessary information and contacting appropriate authorities if required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the assigned commercial real estate location, including the interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with property management, tenants, and Allied Universal team members while on duty.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and enforcement of property rules and regulations as outlined by the location's guidelines.
• Support incident response by providing accurate information and assisting emergency personnel as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
