Who are UPS Seasonal Delivery Drivers?

They are the friendly faces behind our iconic brown trucks, bringing packages of all sizes to customers in their community. This dynamic role combines a love for fast-paced work, being outdoors, and driving!

What does it take to excel in this role?

• Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license (requirements vary by state)
• Pass the DOT physical
• Strong customer service and driving skills
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Comply with UPS appearance guidelines, including wearing the company uniform

As a full-time Seasonal Delivery Driver, you will work between eight to ten hours a day with a flexible schedule that may include Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday shifts, depending on our needs.

*Note: This position is seasonal, but it can be an excellent pathway to a full-time role with more benefits! Our permanent full-time delivery drivers earn an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, with $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan.
