Are you a dedicated and safety-conscious professional eager to take the next step in your career? We are looking for committed individuals to become Rear-Load Truck Drivers. If you have experience in waste management, it sets you apart as an excellent candidate for this vital role.

Pay and Schedule:

• Competitive Wages: Earn between $27-$29 per hour

• Typical Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays, starting from either 5 am to 1 pm or 3:30 pm depending on routes

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a rear-load garbage truck along designated routes.

• Efficiently collect recyclables according to route sheets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform necessary maintenance.

• Engage in physically demanding tasks, including lifting and unloading refuse.

• Utilize hydraulic controls for lifting and disposing of trash at designated facilities.

• Maintain professional and courteous interactions with all customers.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:

• Requires frequent heavy lifting and moving objects weighing over 100 pounds.

• Must adhere to safety protocols due to exposure to mechanical parts and varying outdoor weather conditions.

• Experience moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to fumes.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement is required (Class A CDL is not necessary).

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication); a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• At least one year of relevant experience.

• Basic knowledge of truck components for pre-and post-trip inspections.
