We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our culinary team for the busy season from October to February. The ideal candidate will prepare high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu standards, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction in our hotel's dining outlets. This seasonal role offers an opportunity to showcase culinary expertise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while contributing to memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards

Proper documentation on all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP

Practice safety standards at all times

Report to work in full clean uniform on time and ready to serve

Cook orders with adherence to guest requests/special needs in a positive manner

Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparations and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles
