Pay: $28.80/hr – $36.50/hr

Overview

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do

• Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxation and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand through exceptional customer service.
• Excellent customer service skills and confident interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly manner.

What You Need

• Secure internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
