We are excited to invite dedicated individuals to apply for our full-time positions at ABC Academy. Begin your training soon and embark on a fulfilling journey of helping children with Autism reach their full potential.
As a Behavior Therapist at ABC Academy, your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing one-on-one ABA therapy with children aged 5 to 12 in a nurturing center-based environment.
- Collecting data and executing personalized treatment plans tailored for each child.
- Collaborating with a passionate team committed to fostering growth and achieving results.
- Enjoying an annual bonus for eligible Registered Behavior Technicians.
What we offer:
- Competitive pay based on your education and experience, ranging from $15.00 to $26.00 per hour.
- Regular performance reviews with potential wage increases every six months.
- Stable work schedule of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 12pm to 6:30pm, with every other Saturday from 9am to 12pm.
- Quarterly performance bonuses, with up to $2,000 annually.
- Small caseloads, allowing for focused, individualized therapy for each child.
- Comprehensive paid training to prepare you for success.
- No out-of-pocket costs for supervision hours.

Work Schedule:
