Behavior Technician (BT) Position

Join a passionate team making a real difference in the lives of children with special needs. We're looking for a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to work in a school-based setting, supporting students' educational and behavioral growth while collaborating with a team of professionals!

What You'll Do:

Provide hands-on behavioral and educational support to children and adults with special needs
Work side by side with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists to help students meet personalized learning and behavioral goals
Create a positive and encouraging environment that fosters progress and personal development

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required
Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
