Job Description:-
Qualifications:

Need minimum 15+ Years of experience with Extensive experience in Project Management Office (PMO) roles, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex ERP transformation projects.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP implementation, including an understanding of associated risks, challenges, and best practices.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively between business and technology teams.
Demonstrated ability to present risks and challenges in a collaborative manner, fostering a culture of teamwork and solution-driven outcomes.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Experience working in a finance or technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
