Digital Project Manager

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Digital Project Manager.
Position Type: Full-Time, Contract
Duration: 6 months
Location: New York City, NY 10007 (On-site)
Asa Digital Project Manager, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication across digital, creative, and production functions.
• Oversee digital project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with branding, legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
• Manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets, proactively addressing risks and negotiating adjustments as needed.
• Review and assess client change requests, providing clear impact analysis and actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with production and studio teams to ensure digital assets meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure all project processes are followed, including documentation, approvals, and sign-offs.
• Coordinate with external agencies to support digital marketing, promotional, and retail initiatives.
• Foster strong client relationships and promote a collaborative, solution-oriented approach within cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have :

• 5+ years of experience in digital project management, with a strong focus on production-heavy environments.
• Deep understanding of digital creative workflows, including design, development, and asset production.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Experience working within regulated industries or environments with strict compliance requirements

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $45 - $50 per hour
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
