SAP PLM Architect

A client of Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled SAP Material Management & PLM Integration Specialist to support a global SAP consolidation initiative (S4E-Unify) and Wind Power business rollouts (Agora). This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Material Master data governance (MDG-M), including requirement review, implementation guidance, testing, and coordination across rollouts. The candidate will act as a Data Custodian and lead integration efforts with PLM systems such as Teamcenter and Oracle Agile. Responsibilities include managing clones, collisions, and duplicates, ensuring harmonization with the global S4/Hana template, and supporting data migration efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IPLM, SAP MM, and PLM interfaces, and be capable of ensuring the system supports business operations effectively.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with SAP S4/Hana and SAP ECC legacy systems
Deep knowledge of Material Management (MM) and Master Data Governance (MDG-M)
Proven experience integrating SAP with PLM systems, especially Teamcenter and Oracle Agile
Experience managing data migrations and rollouts across global SAP consolidation projects (e.g., S4E-Unify)
Familiarity with IPLM (Integrated PLM) and PLM interfaces
Ability to oversee technical development, testing, and implementation of requirements
Experience as a Data Custodian or similar data governance role
Strong understanding of number generator usage, MM ID management, and data quality KPIs
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Wind Power business systems (e.g., Agora)
Prior involvement in India-based SAP consolidation projects
Ability to provide demos and training on MDG-M functionality
Strong coordination skills across multiple rollouts and business units
