SAP Commissions Technology Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Commissions Technology Architect with 10+ years of SAP experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Commissions Data Integration, SAP Commissions Reports, and SAP Commissions Configuration. Experience in Billing & Revenue Management is a plus.

In This Role, You Will:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Commissions solutions to optimize business processes and enhance performance.
• Oversee the integration of SAP Commissions Data to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy across systems.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP Commissions Reports to deliver insightful analytics and support decision-making.
• Configure SAP Commissions to meet specific business requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP Commissions configurations and processes.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
• Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and company policies in all technical activities.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered:

• Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP Commissions Data Integration and its application in business scenarios.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SAP Commissions Reports and the ability to generate actionable insights.
• Have extensive experience in SAP Commissions Configuration and customization.
• Experience in Billing & Revenue Management is highly desirable.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Show excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Certifications Preferred:

SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Commissions

Salary And Other Compensation:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
