The Beauty Consultant is responsible for providing a personalized, engaging and fun shopping experience to clients, demonstrating beauty products and techniques, and leveraging in-depth product knowledge to enhance and enrich our client's lives. Primary responsibilities include proactively approaching clients in a friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding client experience, seeking out and absorbing knowledge of products and techniques to stay up to date on beauty trends, participating in activities in assigned area(s) to support core standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available for the client, and modeling strong beauty business values and culture.

Core competencies and accomplishments include strong communication and relationship building skills.

For paid holidays, associates who are eligible for paid vacation (MTO) are also eligible for eight paid holidays during the calendar year. All store hourly associates scheduled to work on a designated holiday will receive additional compensation.

Pay Range USD $16.50/Hr -USD $20.63/Hr.
