SAP APM/APMe Professional

We are looking for a skilled professional with hands-on experience in SAP APM/APMe, Groovy scripting, SQL, and Jasper Reports. The role involves managing integrations, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for gathering requirements and supporting customer needs.

What you need to have to be considered

Associate should be able to work on SAP APM/APMe tool independently.

Should be able to write/update code in Groovy script.

Should be able to write/update SQL queries.

Should be able to work on Jasper Reports.

It should be well conversant with the integration touchpoints of the APM/APMe application.

Work model

This position is designated as remote, in accordance with the business needs of the role. You will have the flexibility to collaborate virtually, allowing you to efficiently connect with global teams and address client requirements from any location. This structure supports both productivity and work-life balance for associates.

In this role, you will:

Gather and elucidate requirements, analyze them, and share with offshore teams for implementation.

Address any issues or defects and guide and mentor the team for quick resolution.

Work closely with the customer and respond to their ad hoc queries on a demand basis.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion with minimal supervision.

Experience in mentoring or leading small teams in a support or development environment.
