The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service and maintaining store appearance. Key responsibilities include:
- Greet and acknowledge every customer using Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to foster long-term loyalty.
- Manage cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Become an Ollie’s expert on store products, weekly deals, and the incredible value we offer.
- Assist with freight logistics and learn effective merchandise organization techniques.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Open to training newcomers without 6 months of prior retail experience.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
- A positive attitude and a team player spirit dedicated to delighting customers.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
