FASTSIGNS Maumee is hiring for an Office Assistant Customer Service Representative to join our team!

- Answer phones and take messages and direct clients to appropriate team member
- Respond to emails
- Manage mail correspondence
- Greet clients and visitors in the center
- Assist with invoicing
- Perform data entry and filing tasks
- Manage inventory of office supplies
- Perform other clerical tasks as needed
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred
- Administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Experience with Google apps and GSuite
- Computer proficiency
- Organizational and time management skills
- Basic math skills
- Calm and professional appearance
- Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
- Great listening and organization skills
- Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
- Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
- Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
- Ability to work on their own and in a team environment
