Sales Analyst/Sales System Administrator

Description:
The Specialist Data Admin is tasked with master material set up, pricing, and data entry into SAP, as well as reporting to cross functional New Product Introduction (NPI) team during weekly meetings.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Executes reporting on KPI's to support NPI team.
• Analyzes new data, and organizes data set up in Excel.
• Enters data into SAP.
• Identifies potential issues with data, and reports to stakeholders to find solutions.
• Serves as a subject matter expert on master material and pricing data.
• Successfully collaborates with NPI team to keep projects on schedule with weekly updates and early notifcation of potential roadblocks.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of data export/import utilities within SAP
• Proficient in various database software applications including Access, MS Query, Excel, Grid, NDS, etc.
• Working knowledge of office and functional specific software applications
• Proficient with Teams
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical and problem - solving skills
• Strong organization skills with the attention to detail
• Management of multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to articulate and apply the core values to all aspects of work
• Strong aptitude towards technologies is essential
• Willingness to learn about eyewear industry and lenses in general
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficient in SAP
• Proficient in Excel with (V-lookups, H-lookups)
• 2+ years data entry experience
• Team player
• Highly adaptable
