Route Sales Relief Driver - Small Business

Your role will involve:

• Meeting sales expectations and promoting overall route growth, ensuring service agreement renewals, and enhancing customer retention for increased profitability.
• Identifying opportunities to solicit new business and boosting revenue through innovative sales of new products to current customers and acquiring new accounts.
• Establishing and maintaining respectful relationships with customers, showcasing an account ownership mentality by providing exceptional customer service.
• Addressing customer issues promptly and seeking continuous improvement opportunities for our accounts.
• Safely loading/unloading products, ensuring timely delivery of merchandise while adhering to quality standards.
• Operating company vehicles with courtesy and safety, complying with all DOT requirements.
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels at customer locations and managing all financial transactions daily.
• Practicing effective communication and active listening to solve customer concerns and foster a seamless internal/external communication process.

We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21.00 to $23.00 , along with a comprehensive benefits program that includes medical, dental, and retirement savings options. This position will remain open until a qualified candidate is selected.
