Route Sales Driver - Relief

COMPENSATION: The hourly pay for this position ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 . This is Aramark's good faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals and drive overall route growth, ensuring service agreements are renewed and customer retention is prioritized.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to boost revenue.
• Establish effective, respectful relationships with customers, delivering outstanding service consistently.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and enhance accounts to improve satisfaction.
• Ensure safe loading/unloading of products and adhere to delivery schedules.
• Operate company vehicles safely, adhering to road safety rules.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, organization, and compliance with DOT requirements.
• Install and keep appropriate inventory levels at customer sites, ensuring product quality.
• Accurately account for all money and products daily according to guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and report on customer interactions and competitive insights.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to obtain DOT certification for adequately driving regulated vehicles.
• Clean driving record for the past 5 years is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• The ability to adapt to changing demands and work independently is important.
