Route Sales Driver - DOT Certified

Join our team as a Route Sales Relief Driver! In this role, you will build strong partnerships with customers, ensuring their expectations are met while actively seeking ways to enhance our product offerings and services. Your expertise will help us capitalize on sales opportunities and retain our valued accounts.

Compensation: The hourly pay for this position ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 . This estimate reflects what Aramark expects to offer at the time of posting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet sales targets and drive route growth, service agreement renewals, and customer retention.
• Identify new business opportunities and enhance revenue by selling new items to existing customers and acquiring new accounts.
• Establish effective relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues to improve account satisfaction.
• Ensure safe loading/unloading of products and timely delivery as per schedule.
• Operate company vehicles safely and maintain cleanliness and compliance with DOT requirements.
• Complete accurate accounting of all transactions and products daily.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding customer feedback and competitive activities.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused role.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT certification.
• Clean driving record for the past 5 years.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to changing demands.
• Proficiency in customer service and sales skills.
