- Lead and manage the facility's risk management and compliance programs, including audits and inspections.
- Investigate, document, and report incidents, adverse events, and near misses; conduct root cause analyses and corrective action planning.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, including CMS, HIPAA, and OSHA.
- Develop and implement policies and staff training programs to promote safety, reduce risk, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or quality improvement roles
