Responsibilities

Manage activities, workflow and nursing resources of outpatient clinic or physician office.

• Develop specific goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the clinic.
• Responsible for forecasting, developing and evaluating annual budgets for all program areas. Manage clinical, human resource and financial data to support and enhance decision-making, provide assessment, analysis, planning, monitoring and evaluation of unit(s) delivery of care and services.
• Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff.
• Monitor and adhere to budget. Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
